Kite surfing: newborough Wind Direction: s Wind Stength: 25 to 40 knts Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: cloudy Max Speed: 9000000000 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 1/2 m (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)
bejesus..it was windy...i'm still in shock i actually had to change down a
kite size from the 13 to the 9 and was still way overpowered.
i was carried to the water and that was a challenge in itself, difficulty
in holding and edge due to the massive gusts so jumps were long and low,
managed a few 360 backloop transitions and a couple of 720's but it was a
day for hanging on and doing stupid speed..
there was a windsufer out in the lagoon going ballistic speed with
spectacliar carve gybes fully planning at all times..
good to be out but survival day
i blame shem we were going to dovey but the forecast was 14knts with 20
knts for anglesea....oh well you borth/dovey lot only had 22 to 25knts
..girls wind
